Rates, Deposits, and Cancellations
The daily rates for 2011 (excluding taxes) are from $99 to $139 Canadian for two people sharing a room. Single occupancy is $10 less. The New Brunswick sales tax is an extra 13%. A full breakfast, served between 8.00am and 9.00am, is included. Please inquire about our discounted rates.
A deposit of the first night's rate is required to confirm your reservation. We accept Visa and MasterCard. No charges will apply to cancellations or shortened stays with 7 days notice (14 days for multiple room reservations), and the deposit will be refunded in full. Payment is required for all nights not cancelled 7 days in advance (14 days for multiple rooms), however we will not charge for nights that we can re-sell. Thank you for your understanding of the need for this policy, and why it must be applied in all cases.
